NASWA and Microsoft Philanthropies are working together to offer no-cost training on leveraging AI tools. This initiative equips staff with the skills needed to use Generative AI through the Microsoft Generative AI Guide for Career Coaches and interactive online training. Participants will be empowered to:
- Increase efficiency by automating repetitive tasks and streamlining workflows.
- Enhance service delivery by dedicating more time to personalized client interactions.
- Improve career guidance by utilizing AI to identify skills, suggest career paths, and facilitate job matching.
